Real condensed milk at home in 30 minutes: economical, tasty, healthy!

But the trend of the present time is such that the quality of these products leaves much to be desired: there is almost no meat in the sausage, in sprat pate often there are no sprats themselves, and from the available condensed milk you can immediately fry pancakes - they began to add a lot of flour to it manufacturers. In general, the most delicious, as before, is to cook only at home... Today we will tell you how to cook real condensed milk at home in just 30 minutes, using a minimum of products.
What is needed for this?
To prepare 1 kilogram 600 grams of real homemade condensed milk, you need:
- sugar - 900 grams;
- milk (it is advisable to use only homemade milk) - 3 liters;
- soda - ⅕ teaspoon.
As inventory, you need a large, wide saucepan with a thick bottom. And this is a very important point in our recipe! Milk should be poured into the pan in a thin layer (3-5 cm), it is imperative that the liquid evaporates quickly and the product thickens. A thick bottom in the pan is needed to prevent the milk from burning. If you do not have such a saucepan, then boil the condensed milk in a regular saucepan, but in small portions - the cooking principle should be followed.
How to cook?
Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar and soda; put on fire and stir the contents until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add heat and bring milk to a boil. When the liquid boils, adjust the heat so that the simmer is intense. Cook, stirring constantly for 30 minutes. Let the finished condensed milk cool slightly and then pour it into the jars.
