I used to think that there is nothing better and tastier than food in nature (well, there is a kebab, potatoes baked in a fire, etc.). But here I discovered a "building kitchen", which is no different in terms of the degree of pleasure ...

Friends, everyone is a huge hello. When the construction of a house has been going on for quite a long time (in my case, 4 years), then from the category of something unusual, this whole process turns into a kind of routine. And sometimes he finds a state of mental fatigue.

At such moments I was always saved by the beginning of some new stage of my construction.

Some new work, with a bunch of nuances, and unknown moments, which you have not done before, never lets you get bored ...

But even in the most interesting work, rest will always be an integral part. And when it is accompanied by delicious food, it is a double pleasure. And in my house, in nature, I always wanted not just to shove a sandwich into myself and work further, but to make even a simple snack special.

And when we put the stove in the house, it became possible to diversify the "construction lunch".

I must say right away that it was not a goal to buy an oven with a cooking function. It just so happened that the model I liked has such an opportunity.

And one fine day, my wife and I decided to try it out. Nothing exotic:

• To begin with, we bought the cheapest frying pan, so that it was not a pity.

• What can you fry on it? The first thing that came to mind was a potato.

• All without any problems, satisfying and tasty.

To make it even better, add fried kupat, and dinner is ready.

But the most important thing in everything is the process itself.

It all starts with kindling the stove, and the pleasant warmth spreading through the house. Then, warming up the frying pan and the first crackling of potatoes. And when you add onion to it, such aromas are already circulating around the house that you forget that you are at a construction site ...

✅ Yes, it is the atmosphere and setting that makes even a simple meal special.

Of course, I will not use this method of cooking for permanent residence. But as an option to have a snack at the time of construction, it is quite suitable.
