Demolition may threaten, but many still violate the rules for the construction of buildings on the sites. Why are people not afraid of anything?

Sometimes it seems to me that only I bother with all these distances between buildings, on my site. Looking at our neighbors, one gets the impression that we live according to different laws.

Although on my site so far there is only a box of a house, and a small change house, I still planned from the location, taking into account future buildings (bathhouse, gazebo, etc.)

Distance from the fences of neighbors, and from the "red line", compliance with fire regulations between buildings on the site. All this was taken into account.

I didn't even plant trees close to the fence ...

And because of this, of course, I had to limit my desires a little.

But many do not need such troubles.

Looking at their gardening neighbors, it seems to me that people are not afraid of anything at all.

Build a house to the house, or right on the edge of the site. About deaf fences around the entire perimeter, I generally keep quiet. And some manage to change the old fence for a new one, while moving it a little towards the road ...

✅ But at the same time, the sanctions for such violations can be the most sad. In addition to various fines, demolition can also threaten. And all right, the fence will be required to be demolished, but when it comes to some buildings, or a residential building, this is already serious.

But why aren't people afraid of this?

It seems to me that everything has been going on since the last century, when all the neighbors became each other, almost relatives. Then, of course, the legislative norms were different, but even so, all such issues were resolved at the level of neighboring agreements: The neighbor gives permission, so everything is legal.

Now, in principle, this can be done in the same way only by documenting everything. For example, if a neighbor signs the appropriate paper, then you can put the house close to his fence, and not retreating the prescribed 3 meters. And everyone is happy ...

But at the same time, many forget that neighbors can change, and along with them, relations. This is where problems can start.

But even examples of the demolition of mansions are not capable of scaring everyone.

Yes, such news is rare, but slipping through. Although, again, does this have to do with our everyday reality?

• If your three-storey house, in the coastal zone, on the territory of the reserve, was nevertheless demolished, then you very much interfered with someone, or this is a "demonstrative flogging". The exact same house next door can continue to exist quietly ...
• Will the residential building of a large family be demolished, which is not in the prescribed 3 meters from the neighbor's fence, and in 2 and a half, and this is the only violation? In 99% of cases - hardly(well, if only this place does not need to be visited by the one whose mansion was demolished, from the previous example 😁).

❗❗❗ In fact, in order for the court to recognize the violations in the location of the house as serious enough to demolish the building, you need to try very hard. And words, like, well, he broke it, and I just don't like it, it won't be enough.

Here, appropriate expertise is needed to prove that the neighbor's house has a real negative impact that worsens the quality of life.

So until a couple of houses are actually demolished on your street, all these rules for many will only be recommendations that are not binding.
