I'll start a little from afar, but everything is important in these reflections of mine. Recently I was looking in online stores for a gift for adults to my children for Christmas and came across a gorgeous board game. It is called PoKer, but instead of K there is X.

Well, you understand me, I cannot directly use this not quite a decent word in the article, I will be banned. Although it does not apply to obscene.

A game for optimists

So, the essence of the game is the same as in the thrown fool. There are four suits, only they are not worms and diamonds, but four types of life problems: domestic, financial, love and medical. Like "something went bad", "fired from work", "dumped the guy" and so on. They also have their own weight, from 4 to Ace, as in cards. And there are 4 PoKer cards (via X) that beat all these problems!

The advertisement for this game says that a systematic game of PoKer (through X) forms an ever-increasing healthy indifference in players and reduces the existing level of stress.

Indeed, this is a wonderful invention of modern marketers. I ordered a gift for the children, let them have fun, because they have such a difficult job! And they love to play board games.

Now, not about the game, but about life

In the meantime, I thought, why should we all, in fact, not add that same indifference to our lives? After all, the main condition for happiness is to be in harmony with yourself. To have not in abundance, but in abundance, it's very cool! Only now we will choose a different path than in the game, but another, correct one.

Often we wind up ourselves in life, exaggerating our problems. Sometimes we cannot sleep, driving away the events of the past day in our head. The past is the key word. What happened happened. And we cannot influence this in any way. This is the past and no one can return it yet.

And, therefore, you need to tell yourself this and calm down. And to direct thoughts not to the past, but to the future. What can you do tomorrow, what can you do on your own?

In this case, you should rely only on yourself, not relying on someone else. People may see this situation completely differently and will not think to help and sympathize with you. This means that you will become more persistent in forcing yourself to act, and not whine and complain.

And the main thing is to say to yourself that everything is God's Will, which means that you need to hope either for His help, or that you will have to be punished. In any case, everything will be as it is best for you, that's for sure.

Don't moan!

And this is the next important point. There is no need to feel sorry for yourself and think that everyone has forgotten about you, everyone has left you. And that others are always to blame for your problems. No, it’s not like that. A person bears responsibility for his actions himself. It was the person himself who made the choice at the moment when it was presented. And the choice, apparently, was the wrong one. And, therefore, you need to understand for yourself again - you will have to hope for God's help, or you will have to endure the punishment. There is no third.

And at that moment, when this understanding finally comes, the problems will be resolved one after another. Fast and final. The main thing is to believe that their permission is good for you.

I realized this for myself at about the age of 50. Earlier, probably, there was not enough wisdom and knowledge. Therefore, what many call indifference, for me there is a deep Faith in God and his Providence in relation to me.

Try it, it makes life so much easier, especially in adulthood!
