My water purification system works 😀! I handed over the water for analysis, after processing. Now I can share the results.
This project started without any prospects, and took a very long time. But when the situation is almost hopeless, you do not consider the option that something will not work out. Every time you fail, you try something new...
I have already devoted several articles to the topic of water treatment in my house under construction, and there I explained more than once what, how, and why.
Here are the materials, read if you have not had time.
In short, to understand the picture, I will only say the following:

- Water supply and a deep well will be very expensive, so I decided to proceed from the fact that there is ...
- The main task: to get water for domestic use (wash, wash, etc.).
And although there are several stages in this whole story, each of which has its own nuances, I want to start over.
After all, understanding what the end result I got in the end, it will be clear whether it is worth it or not.
And the result is best perceived visually.
Here's what happened, and what happened to the water after my homemade cleaning system.
Perhaps this could be stopped. But I understood perfectly well that if the water is just clean in appearance, then this does not mean that it can be used even for domestic purposes. Therefore, I wanted to do a water analysis for some basic indicators.
And I found such an option "cheap - cheerful."
To my surprise, I found that in the stores of the well-known Leroux Merlin network, you can take water for analysis, and it is not expensive at all, about 800 rubles (before that, I came across options that cost at least 5000 rubles).
And such cheapness is not a miracle. This is explained by the fact that only the basic criteria will be included in the results. But I need it.
The procedure for donating water is not complicated.
- I filled the bottle with just the right amount.
- Released all the air.
- I put it in a black bag.
- And took it to the store.
Two hours later, the results were emailed to me.
✔ The first two points, ph and ppm, I already knew. To do this, it is enough to have two simple devices. But the fact that the data of the laboratory coincide with mine is already pleasing.
✔ General hardness. That was interesting.
- Too hard water will negatively affect all heating equipment (washing machine, boiler, etc.).
- Too soft to use is also not very comfortable (you can’t use soap from your hands).
Therefore, the fact that this indicator is at an average level was good news for me.
✔ Iron does not exceed the norm, which means there will be no problems with cleaning plumbing from rusty smudges.
✔ Nitrates, nitrites at zero. Color and haze are ideal. All this is also pleasing.
✔ Permanganate oxidizability. An indicator that characterizes the presence of organic matter in water, the fight against which was one of the main tasks.
After all, the fact that the water is taken practically from the top water, its original color of tea, and the smell of hydrogen sulfide, directly said that organic matter in the water is a sea. And judging by the results, the fight was successful.
But still I don't dare to drink my water.
Despite the fact that all indicators are normal, such an analysis does not give a complete picture. Drinking water needs more data.
But the main goal has been achieved, and of course I am happy about that. Now you can talk about all the nuances, from the tools that I used for cleaning, ending with the organization of the system itself.
