Hello everyone on my channel! Dear guests and subscribers, today I will briefly tell you a simple way to tighten a roofing screw with a small screwdriver with one hand or in an angled position. Such a life hack will help you a lot when installing the coating in inconvenient places!

Let's start!

1. Let's say we have a roofing screw for wood of such a plan (shown in the photo), but without using tricks for to twist it, we will need a special riveter nozzle, it can be a team or cast, it does not matter.

2. Unfortunately, no matter how suitable the nozzle is, play and beat still remain. It is very inconvenient to work with this method, especially when performing actions with one hand or in an angled position.

3. To turn our trick, first you need to remove the nozzle from the screwdriver and open the metal jaws of the cartridge as much as possible. We scroll the screwdriver for a few seconds.

4. In the next step, we take a roofing wood screw and insert it inside the cartridge; for this, the washer on the self-tapping screw can be moved down a little.

5. Now that our self-tapping screw is very tightly, almost tightly, clamped with metal jaws in the cartridge, we can use it as we please.

Watch the speed of the screwdriver! There should be no more than 1800 revolutions per minute. If you exceed the speed, then there is a high probability that you will not have time to stop in time and overtighten the screws. Try not to let that happen.

6. Let's try to screw the roofing screw into the metal from which the metal tile is made, at an angle. Everything turns out just fine.

7. By inserting the self-tapping screw into the chuck in this way, we can use it as a small thin drill. It perfectly copes with metal and steels with a thickness of 3-4 millimeters. Neat holes are obtained with a diameter of about 3 millimeters.

As you understand, using a special nozzle for a screwdriver, making an oblique hole in metal is quite problematic, but when using our life hack, there should be no problems.
