Modern electric power what its realities, difficulties and problems

Electric power - is the most important sector of any country. Without electricity in the literal sense, nothing will work. And, logically, electricity must evolve almost by leaps and bounds, but as always, the reality is slightly different from the ideal vision.

Hello dear subscribers and visitors to my channel! In today's article I want to raise a very serious topic and you are using an overall picture of the real state of modern power.

I work as an engineer in the structure Rosset in the service of relay protection and automation. We are engaged in service 72 substations with voltage 110/35/10 (6) kV.

So 85% of all serviced substations my region has long worn out, because they were prostroen in the Soviet era the 60s and 70s.

There is only one substation completely following refurbishment, and the rest of the equipment is changed only when funding allows.

On most substations for primary protection panel used FTE 16-36 and if any element fails, the search for a replacement becomes a real quest.

Benefit of data substations were built with multiple stock and staff responsible approach to the maintenance of the equipment entrusted. But sooner or later, and the vast resources come to an end, and the equipment will begin to crumble like a house of cards.
