Varieties of peppers, which will plant next year
In addition to 5 varieties of tomato that I have every year I plant in order to insure a crop failure of one or two because of the weather, I have just a few varieties of pepper try to buy seeds. This year I have reduced the number to 3, but each type allocated on a bed, while reducing plodasch for cucumbers. And all three varieties of pepper I was very happy at the stage of fruit set, overall yield, talk about them in more detail.
The whole family love stuffed peppers, and who does not like them. It can be with meat or without. To prepare them last year I planted cultivar "Vesuvius." But this year I decided to try a more elongated and narrow - "Boyar". Photo does not look very comfortable for stuffing, but I have already tried to cook at a higher container.
By the way the taste - very sweet. In this salad, too, does not spoil the sweetness of the dish, just the opposite. I am happy to eat just outside the salads and other, even without salt, just bastard from the taste! Grade pepper "Boyar" I did not grow in the greenhouse and, in spite of the cold summer, here varnish already red stuffed peppers. This variety is middle and resistant to temperature extremes. Bought on the advice of the winter in the greenhouse fruited well at my friends until the autumn frosts.
For the first time this year we tried the variety of pepper, "Chocolate". I thought, in the form of crumbled into the dish will look not so. But here already tried the first harvest and like all liked both the flavor and the color of anybody no complaints. It looks really tasty. Only the photo does not always transmit the appetite that it can cause. Unpretentious pepper, while here in early August for the first time tried.
Well, what about my allergies without yellow and orange peppers? Grade "Orange bull" planted solely for summer consumption in salads. Experiment, part of the greenhouse planted, some in the open ground. And there, and there is not sick. But the cold summer in the greenhouse better and faster growing, harvest just pleases the eye. pepper wall decently thick and juicy.
