5 regions where the social norm of electricity consumption forgot to cancel

The beginning of the new year for all citizens began with positive news, the introduction of a social norm of electricity consumption of 300 kWh per connection point decided not to introduce or shelved. On my channel there was an article on this topic in the comments where the inhabitants of our country said that they have been living with a rule (since 2014).

So I decided to find out whether the existing rule abolished in such regions.

Regions where the experiment was conducted on input consumption rates

So, starting in 2014, in 5 regions of the Russian Federation, such restrictions were introduced. These regions are:

1. Vladimir region.

2. Nizhny Novgorod Region.

3. Oryol Region.

4. Rostov region.

5. Transbaikal region.

Vladimir region

According to the introduction of social norm in the Vladimir region following restrictions have acted:

But what is the situation at the beginning of 2019.

As you can see from the figure above, there also continues to operate a social norm. And cancel it no one is going.

Oryol Region

It acted a bit different in this area, more gentle social norm, so one person 190 kilowatt-hour, two people 240 kilowatt-hour, three - 260 kWh, and 5 or more has been the limit of 300 kWh. There were also provided allowances for different categories of population.
