Renowned South Korean architect Mun Heung (Moon Hoon) has developed a very unusual design of the house.

The structure consists of several facing each other concrete cubes. Each of the cubes is supported diagonally reinforced concrete beams.

House designed by Moon Hoon was built by request of one of their clients architectural studio at the largest in South Korea's Jeju Island. The island is a popular tourist destination, has beautiful beaches and rich nature. Characterized by a tropical climate, the weather is very changeable and stormy winds.

Initially, the customer asked to design a fairly simple one-story house, resembling a bunker, and not much different from other traditional resort island buildings.

Later, the client changed his mind and asked to create a project with more radical architectural design. So Studio Moon Hoon has developed a three-storey house project, which consists of concrete, upright angled cubes. It is the structure of the house, as well as the presence in each cube of glass walls and doors to ensure the maximum review of the environmental nature of the house. Entrance to the house, which is located on the ground floor, protected from the weather the upper cube. On this floor there is a games room and a small gym.

The second floor also has a garden, terrace with space for a Jacuzzi. The middle of the house takes a spiral staircase, the edges of which are located built-in bookcases.

On the top floor Mun Heung planned two bedrooms that have access to the balcony. On the roof is a huge terrace, bordered by a glass balustrade. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the garden and the environment.

The project is called "Simple house." To live in it, it seems to me, it is very convenient and comfortable. It successfully combines urban comfort and rustic freedom, lay thought the house to the smallest detail.
