Aphids on apple. Ammonia and pepper - tools that help

Often in the summer on the shoots of apple, I see aphids. It feeds on sap of young leaves. To get rid of these pests have effective folk remedies to combat these insects. However, these methods are environmentally friendly.

What you need

100 ml of ammonia;

containers for dilution;

a small piece of soap (40 g.), or a detergent;

grater;

hot water;

sprayer;

gloves;

goggles and a respirator.

Step-by-step instruction

1. Take a grater and grate the soap. Add hot water to dissolve the soap. Then bring the solution to the desired volume (10 liters).

2. Add 100 mL of ammonia (or a whole bottle 8 art. spoons).

3. All stir and pour into a sprayer is the right amount of solution.

4. Spray a sheet of both the top and bottom.

The essence of this folk remedy that causes ammonia poisoning the aphids and they suffocate in soapy water. Soap also captures ammonia on the sheet. If aphids will drink juice with ammonia, the same poison.

The procedure is done with gloves, goggles and a respirator.

Another folk remedy

The good effect is obtained from the red hot pepper. Take pod of red hot pepper (dried), cut it into pieces and fill it with 1, 5 liters of boiling water. Let stand for a day, add a little soap to fix. Then you need to spray the sheet. Wear respirator, since the solution is strongly irritating to the upper airways. You need to spray in dry weather.
