What you need
Ingredientsper liter of the marinade:
· Water - 1 liter;
· 1 tbsp. l. salts with slide;
· 3 tbsp. l. sugar;
· Allspice - 3 pea;
· Black pepper - 3 pea;
· Laurel and pepper - 2 pieces;
· Carnation - one bud;
· Tooth chopped garlic - 1 pc .;
· Vinegar 70 percent - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step instruction
1. In fungi removed from the skins dry running caps, boletus then wash. If you come across big mushrooms, then cut into several parts.
2. Water in an amount of 1 liter is brought to a boil. Pour salt (1 tbsp. spoon), citric acid pinch. To put butter mushrooms, wait until the water boils. It is necessary to remove the resulting foam. Since the boiling mushrooms cook for twenty minutes.
3. After 20 minutes pass, pour the broth with mushrooms in a colander.
4. Prepare the marinade. When the water boils, throw into the pan salt, sugar, and sweet pepper, and bay leaves, garlic, clove, bring marinade to a boil and boiled for five minutes.
5. Sterilized jar and cover for ten minutes.
6. The finished container 1.5 liter fill mushrooms three quarters. After that most of the marinade and pour spout pour vinegar (1.5 L jar 1 h. a spoon).
7. Screw the lid. Put in a cool place.
After 10 days, butter mushrooms can be eaten.
