needles smell reminds me of the most favorite holiday - New Year. And on a site in the village, I always wanted to let a small area, but the highlight for junipers and pines. I chose a place close to the "second home", where on the first floor - a bath, and the second daughter of the family lives. And with summer terrace mangalnoy it was too close to the future pine park.

Park planning and planting of seedlings

First I made the marks on the ground, slightly moving away from the rectangle shape (not like sharp edges and I rounded them). Then we worked on for a long time in order to get rid of all the weeds and grass. The result was a smooth soil space, which we covered with roofing material, leaving a hole for planting the plants of the future. We went to nursery plants and seedlings purchased it five different three-year pines and junipers. A small pine tree, we dug in the forest, in order to compare how cultural and not-so trees will coexist together.

The process was successful landing of seedlings. After that, the surface of roofing material we are bombarded with a lot of sand. A sand poured over 8 bags colored wood chips. Initially, the result looked a little sorry - low, rarely planted pine and juniper frail. But when the landing took root and began to grow rapidly and occupy an area of ​​"pine park," I have even a little scared. My girlfriend (landscape designer), when she was visiting us, saw pine and advised them to me quickly pull up at the top, because then they can become dangerous for the powerful of buildings roots. While I did not do it. But the thought of a potential problem.

The park is decorated and how lives

A park has turned out! Pine trees have grown prettier. On the highest branch between the paws a bird had built a nest in the summer and the kids brought! It was amusing to watch as an arm's length mama bird feeding worm their nestlings. Later I was in the foreground even planted two hosts. They decorate and diversify the park. On the ground, for wood chips falls every summer a large number of needles, all combined to give fertilizer. Every summer for color and beauty, I buy more 2-3 chip bag and crumble on top of the whole cover.

At the entrance to the park on the rocks couple sitting cute white owls - mother and owlet. Under one of the pines hid hedgehog. Under other fungi can stumble upon. It is clear that the plastic figures. But they are definitely appropriate. And there are visitors who climb into the trees to disrupt the fungus or pet hedgehog! And there are a couple of greyish bunnies and decomposed forest snags and logs that are already live their lives, and were covered with bright green moss.

When the park was a young man, I put it on its territory two wooden wheelbarrow-wagon. They amassed my husband, myself. These carts I spread ground soil and planted flowers, same age "funny guys". It was so elegant! These "guys" bloom all summer before the cold weather. But over time, the wagon collapsed. One we repaired, and today there is not live and artificial flowers. Actually, I believe that the use as a decoration at home and plot of artificial plants in our challenging climate it is quite possible and appropriate. In addition, the flowers are doing now so that by the present difficult to distinguish. But hops - a real, and very much so, curls around everything.
