Good day, dear readers. In this article I will discuss the arrangement of his country house and site. This cottage I bought with my wife last winter. The site required care and house - decoration. Our villa is located on the water, which is a huge plus, but unfortunately, the river strongly overgrown with reeds, it was impossible to go to the water. On clearing the shore I'll explain later, but now it goes about the house and the area.

I do not like gardening, and I think that the cottage should be only for recreation. The plot is overgrown with grass lawn and turned into a small flower garden. The first step, it was decided to mow the grass on the site and to uproot dry bulb. After mowing the grass, I loosen the soil tillers, removing roots and the remnants of grass. After that, make a concrete track from the gate to the house and from the house to the toilet. This proved to be a very simple matter.

How to make a concrete path:

• Track must necessarily be higher than the level of the lawn, otherwise it will be overgrown with grass.

• As the formwork using conventional boards. At the bottom of the track of the future must be sand, then schebonka, and after all the concrete is poured.

• The ideal time for the concrete work - the middle of spring or the beginning of September. The sun is not burning in the summer, and the mixture is uniformly solidify and does not crack.

After the garden paths were ready, I poured black soil on the site of the future flower beds and lawns. Thereafter set concrete wall around the site.

To clear the coast, we used conventional mowers, reinforced wharf. The house had a face-lift and put plastic windows. At the station installed a metal gazebo, it ordered from local craftsmen.

Advice to people to make repairs at the cottage:

• never skimp on building materials. Cheap materials can last for a very short time.
