A place to live (part 1)

Settling in Krasnodar, we have long lived in rented houses. Like all good and - given once a month, money, and the head does not hurt. Only anyone need their nest. And in forty years it is necessary. So we started thinking about finding her a place to live. Money was not just a little - too little. And like a lot. Therefore, Krasnodar and the neighborhood were swept away in the beginning. We turned their attention to the surrounding Krasnodar hamlets and villages.

After sitting and thinking well, they drew up a list of priorities, without which the purchase is not considered. The most basic was the presence of nature: forest and river. Next on the list followed: availability of communications (electricity, water), the road (preferably asphalt) and a convenience store. The presence of buildings on the site and its quality, we do not take into account. Two of the builder in the house (I and my husband) could cope with any challenge.

I saw in his dreams a small piece of land with a garden where nightingales sing all means, and in the spring croaking frogs in the pond. For those who desire similar to mine, I have to say: where nightingales sing, infrastructure is not by definition. So, choosing, decide that you no longer need - civilization or natural idyll. We have won a second victory.

From that moment began the endless views of announcements and grueling travel for many kilometers from the city. Sometimes the car did not come out for days. But it was not that.

One evening my husband came across a small ad in the newspaper: "I sell half a house in the village. Plot 15 ares. " The following morning we raced to the specified address in the advertisement.

In the farm we saw a bleak picture. Dilapidated walls in the thickets of hops and Trumpet. Complete the picture completely feral garden without the slightest sign of a fence. Surrounding area locals turned into a dump. It would seem - turn around and run away. But that's only at this time singing bird flown out of nowhere. Not Nightingale, of course. But it was so touching and beautiful that we decided to look at this place, and about two hours making their way through the thicket, roamed the area.

In the evening we long remembered an abandoned house. He is in our eyes was an orphan. From neighbors, we learned that it does not live for more than ten years. This was a key factor in our decision - we take. Someone's got to give new life to this house. So why do not we? The next morning we were given an advance payment, and entered into a preliminary agreement to purchase.

That's how we got the house. It was only the beginning. Now we had to turn it into a heavenly place for a quiet life with nightingales.
