It is very desirable that this was done by professionals, but if you decide to take the initiative in their hands, it is necessary to adhere to the regulatory requirements governing the development of PD. The second point, which is, in principle, follows from the first, and for which you need to pay special attention to - is the presence and location laying hidden utilities (in the floor heating pipes laid and drilling in these areas need particular carefully). In general, the list of works on both the flats considered was as follows:
- Installation of utilities;
