Interior finishing house (cottage) - another work carried out by us at the end of 2017. As part of this work has been completed on the final finishing work of a private house, including installation of electrical (electrical distribution panel), installation lighting devices, laying laminate flooring, walls pasting wallpaper, wall and ceiling finish MDF panels, tiles and porcelain tiles on the floor and walls. Now it is necessary to mention the source data. So, at the moment of transfer of the object, we, the cottage is a ready-made building with exterior trim and inner roughing finish, namely outside the house has been insulated, sheathed and plastered siding, was performed inside finishing plaster walls and flooded floor screed. Constructive cottage - reinforced concrete frame filled with foam blocks and reinforced concrete floor slabs. Engineering systems were all ready and put into operation. The task: interior of a private house (cottage), including:
- Installation of an uninterruptible power supply and voltage stabilization systems. Installation of lighting devices, including with automatic on / off switch;
- finishing of walls and ceilings in some rooms MDF panels on metal;
- laying the laminate on the substrate;
- pasting wallpaper walls, installation of skirting boards and moldings on the walls;
- installation of interior doors;
- installation of plumbing fixtures in two bathrooms;
- laying of tiles and porcelain tiles on floors and walls in the boiler room, hallway, kitchen.

And now consider in more detail, those volumes, which were carried out by our company as part of the interior decoration of a private home. Let's go in the order listed above.
1. Installation of the generator to supply power to the house. Mounting stabilizer.
Here we should pay attention to the following. As we wrote at the beginning, the engineering systems at the facility at the time of the transfer, we were ready and put into operation - it means that the power supply system and the cottage was also ready. Power supply has been realized three-phase input in the introductory electrical distribution panel, where the phases are separated into groups - 1st floor, 2nd floor and the third phase in the boiler room equipment.
However, in this cottage implemented control electric power consumption meters, with built-in protection, i.e. inside counter set carbide relays that control the selection power consumption, the power can be selected as 1 phase as from 2 or 3. The main limitation - total power consumption should not be more than the allotted limit.
The customer was told to - to develop and implement the most cost solution for uninterrupted power supply to the cottage, so we proposed the following variant. Given the above scheme of power supply, we have proposed to alter the three-phase wiring in the single phase that was the ability to mount single-phase uninterruptible power supply and voltage regulation (they are much cheaper three-phase). At the same time, to preserve the three-phase input and enhance the "vitality" of the whole system, at an introductory panel mount automatic phase switch (we wrote in detail about this earlier).
Accordingly, having received approval of the Customer, we have carried out: replacement of input power distribution panel, alteration of the three-phase network through the house in a single phase, the installation of a single-phase gasoline generator, single-phase installation stabilizer. 2. Decorating the walls and ceiling panels (MDF).
Part of the interior decoration at home, namely the walls, ceiling cold vestibule, hall with a flight of stairs and interior corridor was made of MDF panels. Initially, the mine a flight of stairs, a part of the metal frame has already been installed, but the stopwatch has been found that in the first place missing plane, and second step rack profile was about 80 cm, which naturally led to a large deflection of the panels is their installation.
Therefore, the technology of installation of panels in interior decoration of the house was the following: old metal skeleton was dismantled and installed new increments rack profile of 30-40 cm, which were mounted MDF panel. 3. Laying the laminate on the substrate
The next stage of work began on laying laminate substrate. Especially we are not going to paint technology, as Internet is more than enough descriptions of different approaches and techniques. 4. Pasting wall wallpaper
After laying the laminate, it is the turn pasting wallpapered walls, wherein in one room has been performed Wallpapering two species, and in the living room and the kitchen-dining room, or as much as three to four. In addition, the joints of different types of wallpaper, decorative moldings were installed. The same was done in the arched doorway.

5. Installation of interior doors and decorative arches (MDF)
Upon completion of works on wallpapering the walls, came the turn of the installation of interior doors of MDF and decorative arches. In this case, the interior doors are a high degree of readiness, ie hardware has already been incised, washed down to the size of the box interior door - could only install them in the openings. Fixing door frames was carried out secretly (how to do it you can see on the Internet). 6. installation of plumbing
The final stage of work on the interior decoration of the house was the installation of plumbing in the two bathrooms. They were installed: 2 squat toilet cistern, 2 sinks Tulip, 2 shower with an electronic control unit. Of these, I would like to draw attention to the installation of showers - when purchasing, pay attention to the level of assembly Delivered. In this case, the assembly level was zero, that is, each car had to collect 100%, and this affects the cost of installation. There are sets of showers, which come with a high degree of assembly, that is, there are already installed control units, assembled pallet frame part fences etc. In general, the higher the level the shower assembly when shipped, the less the value of its installation.
