New rules for the construction of turnkey wood

The Ministry of Construction jointly with the Technical Committee 465 "Construction" have developed new technological standards turnkey construction, extend the use of wood in the construction of high-rise residential and public destination:

- multi-family housing;
- schools;
- kindergartens;
- administrative buildings;
- health care facilities.

Now it will be possible to build most of these structures of ecological materials, which include wood, creating a comfortable and safe conditions for the people. The document does not permit the use of materials made on the basis of recycled wood for the hall-type facilities with large spans.

The combination of environmental and safety based on the latest building technologies

New technological regulation establishes standards for the design and construction enabling to build a turnkey basis and to carry out reconstruction of old objects. Technological standards for the use of wood in construction and materials made on its basis, actively introducing domestic research development, international experience of the construction of the tree, as well as the recommendations and methods MOE calculations, allowing to accurately determine the degree of fire resistance structures.

Using the tools for calculation will assess the level of fire hazard in the external and internal ignitions in such objects constructed from sawn today, past protective treatment at the stage of design.
