Overhaul of the holiday home. Part 2.

In continuation of the review of the work we do on the overhaul of a country holiday home in the Mytishchi district, Moscow region, we present another photo report on the interior decoration of rooms on the first floor of a country holiday house (the previous record here).

The task: perform finish the ground floor rooms of the wooden country house, including:

- wall insulation slab insulation with vapor sealing arrangement;
- lining, putty, paint the walls with plasterboard;
- improvement of heat insulation intermediate floors;
- partial wallpapering;
- finishing bathrooms, installing sanitary ware;
- restoration interfloor ladder arrangement with grille;
- wiring, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures;
- leveling the floor, laying flooring.

Progress of works: So the first thing was to dismantle the old lining (where it was), and the interior walls. The photo below shows the types of rooms, after the dismantling:

After completion of the demolition work were equipped engineering systems, namely, laid water system suburban house from polypropylene pipes, wiring is formed on first floor rooms, equipped ventilating channels.

The next step of finishing works are: insulation of the outer perimeter of the house on the walls, construction of a metal frame assembly, primer, putty plasterboard. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the site of the future installation of kitchen units, wall units, etc., in a metal frame was mounted beam amplification. In the photo below you can see the steps of the above finishing works:

Upon completion of the installation of drywall, it is the turn insulation and soundproofing intermediate floors. This work was performed using a sound insulating slab material Rockwool acoustic. After warming overlap was performed primer, filler and paint the walls of the first floor holiday home and laid flooring (in this case - the bamboo board). The result of these studies is shown in the photo below:

Special attention is given a decorative finish box furnace chimney. This work was carried out in several stages. Step 1: after mounting chimney subcontractors and its finishing nonflammable coating was performed classical luting ducts for ensuring the verticality and surface integrity. That is to say improvement subbase. By what? Under the second phase, namely for finishing Venetian plaster effect "rain". So, step 2 - a box with Venetian plaster finish. Well, the final stage of interior decoration of the ground floor rooms of the country house was the installation of sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, kitchen furniture, plumbing, as well as restoration interfloor ladder construction and decorative cladding lattice along stairs. The result of finishing work you can see in the photo below:
