Building an open veranda. Construction of porch.

In today's report, we will talk about yet another additional work carried out by our company within the complex arrangement of territory of the country house in the Klin district, Moscow area. Previous reports here, here, here and here.

Progress of works: In this case, we give a description and photo of works on the finishing of two steps, rather say "podkrylechnogo" space, as well as the construction of an open veranda, adjoined to the house and one of the porches. So, a little bit more. But let's start in order. Before the start of the construction of an open veranda, has been performed finishing two porches - front and rear. Photos of both porches to finish you can see in the photo below:

Finishing was performed by patching "podkrylechnogo" space imitation lumber, which was used in the finishing of the main house. In addition, they were equipped hatch-Laz, so to get a place to store garden equipment, which in our opinion is very practical and convenient. Nothing particularly complicated in operation was not, however briefly, between support beams was constructed wooden frame over which is formed CLADDING imitation lumber. After that, the perimeter was established flows, are equipped with a hatch-manhole. The whole structure was painted and mounted at the corners of wooden decorative corners (not pictured). The only thing you should pay attention - this is a technological gap that has been left to firstly eliminate plating destruction during seasonal shifting of the blind area, and secondly for draining water entering through the decking porch. Upon completion of works on the finishing steps, we started the construction of an extension, which is a power frame, the podium of larch, pent truss system to which the customer plans to mount the slide roof. Given that the structure is not large, singular nuances (except exact size adjustment), when no construction It arises, we will not describe in detail the process of building an open verandah, give a picture of which in our opinion all clear. Total sundeck construction scheme was as follows: arrangement of the floor slab - the construction of a power frame - arrangement of truss system - Deck flooring - siding facades - installation of railings and balusters - painting design.
