Overhaul of the holiday home. Part 3.

Here is another review of the work we do on the overhaul of a country holiday home in the Mytishchi district, Moscow region (previous reports here and here).

The task: to carry out interior finishing rooms on the second floor of a wooden country house, including:

- dismantling the existing frame partitions;
- wall insulation slab insulation with vapor sealing arrangement;
- lining the walls of plasterboard, their putty and painting;
- finishing decorative boxes chimney;
- reconstruction of engineering systems (such as electricity, water, wastewater) by their complete replacement;
- finishing bathrooms, installing sanitary ware;
- installation of switches, sockets, lighting fixtures;
- leveling the floor, laying flooring.

Progress of works: As in the previous report, the first thing was to dismantle the old lining (where it was), and the interior walls. The photo below shows the premises, after the dismantling:

Upon completion of the dismantling were equipped engineering systems, namely, laid water system second floor suburban house from polypropylene pipes, wiring is formed through the rooms are equipped with ventilating channels.

Then warming the outer perimeter of the house was carried out on the walls, construction of a metal frame assembly, primer, putty plasterboard. The problem was that in order to save, the customer had decided to maintain the maximum area existing plating (drywall), i.e. new design had to be put only in some places, stykuya and adjusting them for longer existing ones. Furthermore, at the stage of spackling, painting, had to "withdraw" the plane of new and existing structures in order to ensure the future integrity of the wall. In the photo below you can see the steps of the above finishing works:

After installation, patching, painting drywall, it is the turn of laying a floor covering - bamboo board as well as in the bathroom plumbing installation, the installation of interior doors, fittings and cashing. The result of these studies is shown in the photo below:

As in the previous photo report, the final stage of interior decoration rooms on the second floor of a country house was the installation of sockets, switches, lighting fixtures.
