Arrangement suburban area. Part 1

Beginning with this review, we begin a series of photo reports about our company carried out work on the arrangement of the local area and the suburban area as a whole, in the Klin district, Moscow region. This work is a continuation of interaction with the customer, who in the past, in 2015, our company fulfilled the Construction of frame extension to the house.

The task: perform work on integrated arrangement suburban area, including:

- a complete reworking of the existing blind area;
- improvement of the drainage system of the house;
- finish plinth thermopanels;
- paving on blind area, including the arrangement of stormwater system;
- reconstruction of the entry group;
- arrangement of the automatic water pumping system of overflow wells that act as a septic tank.

Progress of works: In this review, we will briefly tell you about that and how to do so far. So, first of all, a survey was carried out of the existing blind area, the results of which are set following deviations: first blind area is made not on the technology - is filled with a monolith without separators, waterproofing and unprepared base (right on ground). Second, due to the above, have become otmostka reverse bias, i.e. all the water is removed from the house, but on the contrary, is directly under the house. Thirdly, at otmostku cracks, though the poured concrete layer and averaged 15 cm. In addition, due to the significant progress of the blind area, artificial stone, which is decorated in the basement of the structure moved away from the base. According to the agreement with the customer it was decided to complete the reconstruction of the blind area by its removal and everything new, including the installation of a drainage system of the house, as well as storm sewer line along the perimeter houses. In the photo below you can see the process of preparing and immediately dismantle the old blind area, which was made a jackhammer (as already noted, the thickness concrete in existing blind area averaged 15 cm, so to dismantle it with a sledgehammer, even with recessing rustov grinder was not possible):

After existing otmostka was dismantled, concrete pieces stocked for subsequent recycling. In the photo below you can see how much of the waste is obtained from the blind area of ​​about 100 m in length, with the width of about 1 m, and then began to look like a house territory after the dismantling of the blind area.:

Upon completion of the demolition work were marked dimensions of the blind area of ​​the new development and the work started trenches for the foundation of a new blind area - this is the first, as well as a drainage system at home - it Secondly.
