How to cook the beets, potatoes 3-4 times faster?
Boil the beets in a saucepan one of the most disliked activities in the kitchen, because it is cooked for a long time (30-40 minutes), and then another, and difficult to wash the pot, even if the beets had been well cleaned.
So I found a way how to boil the beets (and other vegetables, too) much faster and does not use pots. But we need a microwave, which is in almost every home.
- To begin with good clean beets, cut the roots and cut into several pieces, if large beets;
- Next, put it in a plastic bag, tie tightly and send in the microwave;
- Turn on maximum power and set time of 10-12 minutes;
We can only wait for the characteristic sound of the microwave, and then gently pull the beets (not to burn the ferry!). As you can see, this method is much simpler and faster than the boil in a saucepan.
