Pickled eggs - Yum! Now, for me, a favorite snack

Recently I happened to be visiting unfamiliar to me. Guests arrived much more than was calculated snacks. The feast came to an end because the food on the table is almost does not remain. The mistress - a woman insanely friendly and responsive. She's on my "terribly hungry," said the proposal to try her brand snack - pickled eggs out of the cellar.

Well, when all is eaten and there is no choice to agree to anything, just to stay one's stomach in the stomach. But I had no idea that this dish would be so good... Yum!

This snack, as I have told, served in many bars in Europe and in demand. Some of them even is a free snack for a client of sobering up and serve it in order to again and again ordered wine glasses filled.

Prepare the marinade. Water with all the ingredients bring to a boil and leave a very low heat for 10 minutes. Then you can, even without straining it with marinade and spices fill the jar with the eggs. After that close the sterile lid and put in the cold. It is possible in the cellar for a week or two. You can in the fridge for a couple of days.

What to submit - decide. To me, even as a separate dish perfectly complements the drinks for adults. The taste of the eggs can be given using different spices and additives. For example, you can add pieces in the marinade beets or beet juice. Then, the protein will be red and will get a sweet taste. These are the eggs we were served at a party, when no other food is left. I really liked the taste.

And now I give a list of ingredients. The main components:

10-12 pc. eggs (or volume also quail)
250 ml of white vinegar
250 ml water
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 h. l. salt
2 hours. l. spices for the marinade (the choice of lists below).

Spices can choose any, but lavrushku recommend adding in all cases. I first prepared by adding a clove, pepper peas (can mixture peppers), pieces of fresh peppers (red and yellow). Who wants to go for the gusto - you can try the chili or cayenne pepper.

Separately later I liked more with the addition of cinnamon sticks, 1 hr. l. ginger, dill seed (greens and can instead seeds).

You can also add to the bank quarter of onion, coriander, turmeric, mustard and mixture of herbs that you will like. Try, experiment, I'm sure you too will find your favorite flavor, which then will be repeated on the table.
