Quick-clamp their hands

The idea to make a quick-clamp so in general it is on the surface. And it is rather a sample that can be obtained.

As a basis, I decided to apply the clamp skeleton sealant gun.

I cut it upper part and a lower bar attached ash. This bar has drilled a few holes to change the rear clamping position.

By pusher gun I screwed thick plywood with a cut under the bar.

In general it is quite simple and the result is quite acceptable.

Such a clamp can be pressed against the workpiece to a workbench. Or glue the small details.

To appreciate the effort, which can compress the clamp, I had the experience - took the scales and tried to press them to the bench.

Fifty kilograms turned doge. In view of the pressing is only one corner of weights, especially reliable results can not be considered, but estimate the clamp force can be.

And as you know - clamp does not happen much. This clamp also finds its application in my workshop. Although the rear clamp could be done simply at one position.
