A simple and useful scratchbuild residues of sewer pipe

Greetings to all subscribers and visitors to the channel "Podelkin"! Today I want to share with you a simple and useful homebrew twig from the remnants of the plastic (sewer) pipes, which will be useful in the workshop or garage.

I stayed after repairs unnecessary piece of plastic pipe 110, which is a long time lying around and then, finally, I found a good use for it.

In the first place to mark pipes residue into equal parts of 6 - 10 cm (depending on the length of the tube), so as to obtain 5 - 7 parts (can be more). In my case it turned 5 parts by 7 cm. The layout can be done easily with the help of the polygon. Putting a square and gradually rotating pipe, draw a line marker.

Further cut tube hacksaw or grinder. Hacksaw get longer, but be careful.

Then grind sandpaper edge parts obtained to remove any burrs.

When all the parts are prepared, take plywood thickness 10 - 12 mm and leaning scrap tube encircle the inner diameter of a pencil. Thus we draw as many circles, how many parts we cut the pipe.

Then cut circles with an electric jigsaw and grind the items received.

Now make the bottom of the insert following plywood trimming pipe and fasten them with screws, pre-drilled holes to plywood not stratified.

Is attached to the side surfaces of the two-clip fasteners. A fastener fastened to the bottom softwood plywood, and the second at the top with a small screw (bolt) and nut.

Our homemade almost ready, it remains to be bolted to the wall of his studio a piece of PVC pipe, put it under her small wooden wedges and install made items. As a result, we get a compact and functional organizer for storing various small things!
