Hello! On I started to do well on the water with his own hands last week. In the previous article you can read, I drilled the hole and a hand-drill used. I just drilled 12 meters. The water level in the well yielding 6.5 meters. Today I will discuss the final stage of completion of wells, namely the Installation casing.

Before I begin, I would like to thank Vitaly Vesnina, who instructed me and gave advice throughout the well completion process. It was the man I ordered a manual drill, and without his help I would not have happened.

And now to business. When drilling step has ended, I dug around the well hole depth of 1.6 m (hereinafter plan deliver concrete ring and cover plate). Water will always be in the pipe (at the pump should return valve) and it is necessary in order that it does not freeze in winter.

As the casing I used an ordinary (ginger), unplasticized PVC sewer pipe of 160 mm diameter and 3.2 mm wall thickness. In total it took me three pipes 3 m in length and one - 2 meter.

The pipe freely entered into the hole I cut off the bumpers with rubber O-rings (all tubes except one).

Then it was necessary to make the filter. As mentioned earlier, in my well water level is 6.5 meters. It is at such a height (a little less than - 6 m) I made in the pipe on three sides by horizontal slit width less than 2 mm and a length of 5 cm. The distance between the slits 8 cm.

Then, at the end of the pipe stub made. To do this, cut the bottom of the pipe grinder under the cone, turned out something like a tulip. Then heated, the resulting "petals", and bent them into a cone. End of fixed copper wire wrapped and all reinforced with tape.

When the filter was ready, I began to sink pipes, but not before a couple of times down into the well drill to clean the bottom. Pipe lowered in stages. First lowered one 3-meter tube with a plug, then the metal rod inserted into the top of the pipe, in the pre-drilled hole to fix it. Then he inserts the next tube and shook compound reinforced tape. Pulled rod and continued immersion tube. In a similar way, I joined the rest of the pipe and is fully lowered into the well.

Bleed the hole about 10 times, water has become quite clear and without clay. In the end I found the cap, concreted the top of the tube to a height of 40 cm, cut off the excess portion 32 of the tube and set the angle joint (from her pipe goes into the house). In total, well completion it took me a week and a half, but the result I am quite pleased.
