Compound half-tree on a mustache. The use of devices for conveyers.

This article will tell about one more example of the use of this device. It will be about how to make the connection in a half-tree and a mustache.

Such a compound is well suited for thin frames. This connection with a sufficiently large gluing area and is quite durable. From the outside it appears as a compound for yc.

Make this connection several ways manually, from a router and template, and using a circular saw.

Next, I discuss how it can be done on the circular saw.

The first step made cuts to end at a right angle.

Adaptation of which I spoke in the last articleIt is used as a carriage. Depth of cut is placed the width of the slats, and the rip fence is placed so that one side rail remains exactly half of its thickness. It is convenient to label the front of the rack and press this side to the device, then, for example at thickness 18 mm slats must be installed between 9 mm disc and the device.

The second angle at this part should be symmetrical to the plane and coincides with the item you want to deploy the compound.

In the second part you need to make two cuts. First, cut off part of a right angle.
