Little known L-shaped stop for the conveyers. What is it needed for.
I picture this stop I saw in one of the oldest foreign journals on wood. The idea seemed interesting and I decided to try it in practice.
By the way trying to find on the internet about this emphasis and its use, and somehow caught nothing. Maybe bad I am looking ...
The idea is simple - the rip fence in the form of fixed abutment bracket (L-shaped), in operation it is located above the disk, and serves as a support for the templates.
With it you can easily and safely saw off arbitrary angles on the details.
According to the marked pattern is fixed. I pasted it on a double-sided tape.
The saw blade is raised by several millimeters above the part thickness.
L-shaped focus is set flush on the saw blade and a little above it to a pattern of conduct could stop.
With such a cutting disc is closed and sawn items freely moving away from the disc.
It takes a lot of identical parts. You are welcome.
With such a stop can also make many identical parts, using one as a template.
In addition we offer watch the video.
As this emphasis seems to me it can be used for other tasks, such as trim or edge chamfer.
Thank you for reading. I will be glad of your support in the form of a husky and a subscription to the channel. And look for other posts on the channel.
