Simple and useful homemade plywood and plastic containers. The idea for the workshop

Hello everybody! Today I will share with you a simple and useful homebrew twig from a plastic container and plywood, which is sure to come in handy in the studio, the garage or at the cottage!

Recently wife bought a whole bunch of plastic containers in store to store its melochovki. Containers quite voluminous (500 mL), made of hard plastic, and most importantly they are transparent, so I just put them on the eyes and took a few pieces myself.

Of these, I decided to make a handy organizer for his workshop, which has long nurtured the idea in his head. The construction of the organizer is very simple and it can be repeated each.

For this homemade except containers still need small pieces of plywood. I just left a few scraps after repair.

All you need three pieces of equal length. The width should be selected according to the size of plastic containers. In my case it turned such dimensions: two pieces of 16 by 34 cm, and the third - 9 to 34 cm.

The third piece (smaller width) is still set aside. Primarily I made by counting the width of the workpiece under the top edges of containers - strip 13 mm wide, every 6 cm, departing from the 2 cm edge, draw a line on the whole length of the future part. In the end everything will be much clearer.

To save time and do not make the same markings on the second part, I put two identical pieces together and squeezed them with clamps. Then, using a jigsaw cut out the marked strips.

Received two identical blanks, similar to a large comb.

When all the parts were ready, well-polished them with sandpaper.

Then proceeded to assemble the entire structure. Using adhesive parts connected and fixed clamps them.

Then further on the sides of all the efforts screws, holes have been drilled in advance to plywood are not stratified.

After 20 minutes, a useful homemade was ready! It remains to fasten the resulting construct to the wall of his studio, and insert plastic containers. I really liked the result, because as it turned out, we got a very practical and convenient organizer! This idea is very much not only to me but also to my wife.
