Cutting out words from plywood jigsaw machine
Words and signs made of plywood are pretty high demand. They are easy to manufacture, and to make a template for cutting, you can use Photoshop or any other program.
In today's article I want to show you the manufacturing process words (labels) on the jig machine. Recently, I was just asked to make two words (names) of length 35 and 60 cm. Consider the process of manufacturing the word of shorter length. To make a template word I use Photoshop. I have quite a large collection of handwritten fonts that can be easily found and downloaded from the Internet. If a word has a length of more than 30 cm it must be broken down into parts to be able to print the pattern on your printer. In this case, the name has a length of 35 cm, so I placed it on two sheets of A4.
Then, where necessary, connect the letters in pencil, and if the connection is too thin, make them a little wider, that the word was not fragile. Next, crop the excess paper pasted on plywood template by a bilateral or masking tape (applied as a drawing on plywood) And drill holes in all the internal elements that will be cut out.

When the internal elements are ready, proceed to cutting out whole words.
The next step is polishing the product with fine sandpaper.
