For me, the phrase "You should not have made such a poor foundation," an echo of Soviet construction projects.And most importantly many do not understand what was going on, and just follow some examples of not understanding what it is doing.

That's what scared all the opponents of the low foundations. That is, the snow drifts, which will be around the house, and the splash of rain drops hitting the ground - that's why may get wet masonry.

And the rest, in my view, a high base - it is a waste of money. And besides, incomprehensible desire to be above the groundI can not explain the choice of such a decision.
