Device for conveyers. Bevels on the legs. Production stool. part 5

We continue to investigate in detail the topic of manufacturing stool.

I recall that in the earlier parts of the project has been considered how to make blanks for the legs how to do side-bar and tenon dovetail them how to make a dovetail groove in the legs.

At this time, consider a device for the manufacture of bevel on the legs with the help of conveyers.

This device can be made from scrap materials.

I took a small fanerku thickness of 6 mm and a pair of rails.

Scrap rail, I screwed on the screws in the front of the fanerki. It is used to lock the legs.

This rail can be done in the back, here for you convenient.

Since fanerka thin, the rail is screwed by fanerki.

Next, do the layout on one leg, so on this markup to fasten the second rail. By drawing a bevel starts at 150 mm from the top and bottom of the need to cut 8 mm.

That is, at the end of the legs note 8 mm and combine this mark with the edge of the plywood.

The second mark - 150 mm from the top - also aligned with the edge of the plywood.

Hold the leg of these marks, draw a line for the second rail.

Next, fasten the rail and the device is almost ready, you only need to make a clip for fixing rails. (My version of the clip you will see later)

Note the order of cutting bevels. Bevels are cut off from the already made slots for drawer side. The first bevel is better to cut the laying down one slot.

Then, cutting off the second leg of the bevel will lie across a plane on the basis of adaptation.
