But strange as it may seem, in the end the whole story, I am grateful to them for that. :)

Deciding to build a house, I originally wanted to take land on lease. Arriving on the matter to the administration, I was offered the land in the new residential area called "Krenitsy" And they said to do his boundary.

I became seized of the matter and found out that there is a map at the Russian State Register, which refers to all registered sites. Just deciding to see a city on it, I found an interesting point:

The site, which I was given on the design already applied to this card, and has a cadastral number.

At first, I thought that something I do not understand, but I decided to find out in advance. It turns out it is.
