My favorite machine in the workshop

This direction is connected with the machine tool as a jigsaw. The first self-made machine I made drawings "Wood" magazine in August 1986. After three months of use, I decided to make a new machine the light of experience. The new machine came to be surprisingly successful and reliable. For more than 4 years I use it and it is in excellent shows.

Why I decided to do a jig saw with his own hands

For this there were several reasons. Before the construction of the second machine, I shoveled a lot of sites and forums about these machines. I was surprised to find that the machines in the range of 10 thousand rubles require mandatory revision and adjustment, and more sophisticated and high-quality machines are already in the region of 55,000 and above.

Another reason for the interest was: how to really make a quality jig saw wood.

And the third - wanted to try all areas that have to jig machine, and they are not few - slotted sawing, intarsia, puzzle, three-dimensional figures ...

As is conventional jigsaw motor with speed control. It is fixed to the bottom of the bottom of the machine and to Pilke jigsaw fastened wooden pusher for the lower shaft.

Clips are also homemade and quite simple to manufacture. Deliver and remove nail file can be fast enough.
