My building. How to clean the ceiling and zabivshuyusya nazhdachku

August 18, I started hanging of the ceiling. ceiling beams made in increments of 60 cm - under the insulation. Hemming ceiling below these beams on the screws. Boards used planed tongued and before reinstalling I polished them, so that they later had a good appearance after painting. In the process of polishing and polished belt sander, belt of pine heavily clogged.

In this situation, and the extent that it was necessary to grind no tape will not save enough. Intuitively, I came to a method for cleaning a clogged tape.

The method is simple - mechanical shock and... impact in the truest sense. I took a contaminated tape and strongly slapped her on the board on which polished. Several of these bumps and sandpaper is ready again.

This is not the only way, and I later learned that it is possible to purify certain types of rubber (soles of old shoes) or frozen in a tube with silicone. So, too, the tape is cleaned well, but in my opinion, as it is salted and worse grinds.

But back to the ceiling. The boards were four-meter and at first I tried to tie them exactly that length. It turned out impossible. Many boards have an arc, or the screw and press them on the ceiling could not.

So I cut in half board and has a two-meter pieces of work. The ceiling is made as well as the walls - led to a series of full-length, the next row on the other hand also to the entire length, with the joints of boards successfully recorded.

That's how it looked. Screws twisted into each beam, that is, 60 cm., Plus board joined tongue and groove on length. That is a solid shield with the screws of the grid - go through it quite calmly. Even screws immediately recessed and plastered.

Some boards still have not been the same in width, and here and there were noticeable gaps. And on the whole ceiling it took me 10 days.

In general, to the end of August, the house began to acquire already some kind of final and already loomed.
