Here I have shown only some examples, but even for them it is possible to draw certain conclusions.

The first step is to provide a wood workpiece geometrically regular. To solve this problem are such machines as: planer, thicknesser, circular (circular saw).

For the home studio, which works more like a hobby, in my opinion, you can do a minimum amount of tools. In fact, there is more dependent on your desires and capabilities.

From the above examples and experience of the manufacture of other products, I can say that the circular saw (as a machine or manual installed in the table) is an essential machine, as well as the router.
