Restoration of bathtubs with their hands

Three effective ways of restoration bath at home.

• Processing two-component enamel;
• Application stakril;
• Implementation of the new baths in the old one.

Regardless of which method you choose, the preparatory phase for all of them will be the same. Let us consider it in more detail.

Remove the old (dirty) layer baths using a cleaning agent containing abrasive particles and a rigid brush.

Processing two-component enamel

Mix purchased in advance enamel and hardener mixer, a paint roller or brush paint the bath: first horizontally and then vertically. Apply immediately three layers of enamel, stretching smudges. After 5 days the bath is ready for use.

Application stakril

Blender bought stakril mix, pour the mixture into a smaller container and pour it on top of the bath to drain the entire perimeter, since the bath center. After that, repeat step for creating a second layer stakril mixed, it will leave a surplus through the drain hole in the cloth. Dries stakril 5 days.

Implementation of the new baths in the old

In specialty stores or shops try to find ready-made acrylic liner for your bath model, remove the drain grilles in the bottom and in the side of the bath, apply a sealant on the surface of the bath foam and put a new bathroom in the old, carefully distributing load. 23 hours bath is ready for use.
