Smart formwork: what is it?

Traditional removable wooden formwork is gradually receding into the past: the use of particle board or obsolete. Today, in conditions of rise in price of electricity and gas is necessary to build energy-efficient homes, which means that all elements must be well retain heat. The same rule applies to the formwork.

There are several types of smart formwork:

1.Armopanel - it outwardly from plate heater (typically Penoplex) which is covered on the outside and inside of the reinforcement mesh. Under high pressure from a concrete pump into the space between the plates is filled with concrete. This material is considered cheap and quality at the same time.

2. Planking of Penoplex. In this formwork used sheets of extruded polystyrene (Penoplex) connected together by special bridges. This type of formwork is installed as a designer, but it is important to strengthen the internal and external formwork walls to prevent them from falling under the weight of concrete.

3. Arbolit / derevobetona panels.

These materials are made of cement and wood chips.
Together the blocks are assembled with nails and ties. To formwork served insulation of buildings, the space between the concrete and arbolita put a small layer of polystyrene foam.

Thereafter space lay reinforcement and pour the concrete, and the outer wall sheathe plasterboard or other material on request.
