The previous article in this series, see here.
This publication will discuss the progam to the stool and they will be in the form of round rods.
When considered a draftI noticed that on the progam needs 19h19h220 bars dimensions mm 4 pcs. on a stool.
Workpiece easier to do once on two progam and add the stock to the edges of 3-4 cm.
I took the rail length of 500 mm. I set up the saw on the 19 mm and cut the bars.
Since the rake was slightly thicker, the resulting billet is forced through the size of 19 mm again to receive the square bar.
These bars will be milled edge molding machine cutter with a radius of 9.5 mm. It is this range and size of the bar.
Cutter need to adjust flush with the table.
And flush with the lateral stop that during milling was not chamfer.
And then we begin to mill bars. Sunset is indented from the edge.
At the output of milling also bring to an end. So frezeruem workpiece on all four sides.
Left square tails allow the mill all sides, pressing the workpiece to the table and the lateral stop.
The result is a round rod, that quite a bit of polish and trim to size.
At the same setup the router can do rounding on the outside of the stool legs.
This ends. Continued in the next section.
