"We all have old furniture and mostly it stands in the country!!! We decided to make repairs at his dacha, but pokleit wallpaper and paint the battery seemed to me seems very little and I got the idea to update the furniture (repaint).

As you already know, it is not so simple as it seemed at first sight!

Something had to not just paint and restore!

These tables (two of them) were inconspicuous in the corner. When I get to them, I realized that they are well will look in the room (the room in which I was allowed to do everything as I want)!

They are not very bad condition, but like all the furniture-lacquered!

And this is the pleasure of shooting nail Soviet times. And so the varnish removed, sanded, primed and painted in blue and gray color (blended itself with the help callers)!

For such work, you will need:

• Primer for furniture.
• White alkyd enamel
• Degreaser.
• Furniture paint.

Stages of work:

• First, use sandpaper remove the old varnish.
• Gruntuem all the cracks, chips, burrs and again sanded fine sandpaper.
• Good surface to be cleaned from dust and degreased.
• Cover cabinet white quick-drying paint (for smoothness and brightness of the final color).
• After the paint has dried white to put the desired color. Depending on the density of color schemes, make 1-3 layers.
• If you intend to gloss Apply 1-2 coats of varnish.
• Give the paint to dry, Fasten hardware (handles, moldings, if any).
