Minimum program in the construction season of 2017 has been implemented: fence on both sides of the site is built. In the remaining time I decided to put the pillars from the front part of the plot with entrance and entrance (gate) to the sector. I decided that the gates are sliding and separate entrance next to them. With this in mind, the place marked out by drilling wells. Drilled in the same drill diameter 135mm. Just for gidrourovnya concreted poles to a height 2m + 30cm (Height of the concrete ribbon). Initially, the project was supposed to trapezoidal sheet between the posts. Then this idea was abandoned. Then he dug a trench between the pillars.

But it is not critical. I patterned concrete pillars are planned for construction. Further work went to the bath - to fill the blind area. Early September - the most comfortable for pouring concrete weather. No heat, concrete does not lose moisture, does not crack and is gaining more strength.

I adjusted the flat slate, fixed it with screws to the beam, planned land on the perimeter. It took almost a whole day. A lot of work, but it is not visible. It happens often. Spaced formwork under the blind area, and fixed the boards. The width of the blind area around the small bath - 0.5m. The height of the blind area - 7cm. Not insulated. I see no reason to insulate the perimeter of the non-residential building. Under the bath anyway ground freezes.

In some parts of the height of the foundation of the structure it was quite low. But it's not scary. Every winter the wind blow all the snow around the bath. Snow is never its front side. And as it turned out later - even a fence has not changed the situation. The snow does not accumulate in this area.

Just poured blind area around the toilet - which would melt water does not seep into the pit. But it's not much help. WC stands at the bottom portion and with its higher melt territory spring water flows through the thawed soil and partially fills each spring hole. I dig around the trench - also helped.

Flooded sections with division (leaving a small gap), which would no formation of cracks. In two years, I did not find them.

I bathed in the blind area is not just concrete, smoothing it. I decided to make a decorative coating on the blind area of ​​the gravel. To this end, sifted CBC, I scored an average-sized pebbles and after pouring concrete - sprinkled this pebble concrete and lightly tamped. Then, the next day with a nozzle held grinder (metal brush). Not yet fully solidified upper concrete layer is well filmed, baring the shingle.

Results obtained with a decorative surface of the blind area. I think in any case, this solution is more interesting than just gray concrete. Pebbles in the concrete strip attaches great beauty. Looks like something alive, something. If the blind area covered with polyurethane varnish, you get the effect of wet stone, manifest texture and every stone.
