Recommendations for mounting a submersible pump Aquario
For a free lowering the pump into the well, its diameter should be appropriate. Compounds of the pump to the pipe line must be sealed. To prevent loss of pump pressure reduction, the diameter of the feed pipe to the pump must be not less than the pump outlet diameter. Lower the pump must be protected by a special cable from moisture, the cable is attached in lugs located on the pump. Lower the pump using the pump power cable, DO NOT! Never pull the cord. Electrocable recommended to be fixed to the flow pipe at a distance of 2-3 meters, on a moisture-resistant collars.
Installing the check valve into the pressure line

Start and operate the submersible pump
Turning on the pump without water and even briefly - is prohibited!
- Open the valve on the discharge pipe to 1/3.
- Turn on the pump.
- Before you completely open the valve, make sure that there is no sand in the produced water. After going clean water, you can open the valve completely, and you can not switch off the pump at this time. This is required to avoid pump seizing.
- Not permitted operation of the pump when the valve is closed, no more than 3 minutes. As the water cools, the pump around itself when there is no flow, the water warms up and the pump will overheat. For the same reason it is not allowed to flow rate of less than 5 l. / Min.
- Use the pump only within the limits of its consumable-pressure characteristics.
- pump start frequency is not more than 30 times per hour.
Protecting the motor from overheating
Built-in thermal switch protects the pump from overheating, opening the pump. When the engine cools, thermostat automatically switches on the pump, closing the circuit network.
