A house in one helmet: how a guy built a modern home for 600,000 rubles

In this article I will tell and show how a user of the most famous construction forum under the nickname Machete of all in 1 construction season, he erected a modern house for year-round living and spent only 600,000 on it rubles.

So, the first photo is for the curious. Here's what happened to the hero of our story:

A modern house with a gable roof, panoramic glazing and "second light" windows (upper tier) and an attic. The entire structure stands on an ordinary cheap and simple columnar foundation made of asbestos-cement pipes.

The pillars are reinforced with triple welded metal reinforcement. There are 20 such poles under the entire area of ​​the house. The pitch of the posts is 1.5 meters. Additional independent posts will be hammered for the terrace.

For tying the posts, a board of 150 * 50 mm was used. It is noteworthy that the concrete managed to grab before the onset of cold weather, and the self-builder made the frame of the future house in the winter:

In the summer, the hero sheathed the frame with 8 mm thick OSB plates. The space between the 150th beam was filled with stone wool. Inside - a vapor barrier film, outside - reliable wind and moisture protection. The roof is covered with metal tiles.
The house is glazed with double-glazed windows.

From the inside, the house is lined with clapboard. The interfloor overlap ends 3 meters before the panoramic glazing, and natural heat exchange occurs between the two floors. The house is heated with just one 2,200 watt convector.

According to the project, the bathroom is insulated, so when it is ready, a second heater will also be used to heat it.
