So, for all those who believe that it is possible to build RELIABLE home on their own and without the involvement of specialists (do not call the designers and designers!) I will list only a small number of parameters that you need to take into account when planning a small nuance of a cottage - an interfloor overlap.
So, feel the incompetence of "self-construction". When making an overlap, calculate:
- Concrete resistance;
- Uneven load of reinforcement;
- Rebar resistance;
- Compressed zone height;
- Cover parameters;
- Sectional area of reinforcement;
- Useful section height;
- An effort;
- Number of rods;
- Design resistance;
- Self-weight load of the floor;
- Moment of resistance.
I hope this humble 12-point list at least gave you the idea that if you want to build reliable house, then you cannot do without the advice of a specialist (preferably Soviet)!
