A simple device that eliminates the fogging of PVC windows
If in your country house (especially built using the "Canadian" frame-panel technology) there is a problem of fogging windows, this indicates the need to improve the ventilation system.
Usually, most independent builders rely on the notorious slit ventilation - when fresh air from the street enters the house through the gaps between the window frame and the window or the wall.
This is not good because:
a) such ventilation is insufficient for residential premises;
b) in this state of affairs, heat losses are high, which means that your costs for heating your home are also high.
Of your choice - you can watch a short video, or read all the nuances in text format.
If your windows are sweating, it is worth installing a supply ventilation valve. This is a simple device that consists of a pipe, a valve itself and an external grid-grid.
Such a valve is available in any construction hypermarket, and it costs around 500-600 rubles. It makes no sense to charge more.
Outside, the valve is decorated with a lattice of the color you need:
Inside - the actual valve part WITH a SHUTTER. That is, you can regulate the amount of fresh air entering the house through the pipe.
The inflow is adjusted manually - using cables, or a swivel mechanism in the center of the valve.
Assembled, the whole structure looks like this:
- external grill;
- internal valve;
- connecting pipe - its length depends on the thickness of the wall in the house.
I repeat, for 1.5-2 thousand rubles you get a full-fledged and natural inflow, which, unlike forced inflow:
a) does not consume electricity and is fireproof;
b) is just as effective with a room volume of up to 70-80 cubic meters;
c) can be easily assembled by hand into a wall from any material.
