How to disinfect a greenhouse? It's time
Pharmayodom. This is the best I've found.
- The metal construction suffers from sulfur bombs.
- Someone watering the beds with potassium permanganate, I wonder why poor plants need so much manganese?
- I don't consider miracle chemistry at all.
Iodine has one benefit.
How to do it
You need 100 ml of Farmayod per 10 liters. Stir and pour into a sprayer. The solution foams. I have a 12 liter tank, just 10 liters with foam fit. Better to wear a respirator.
Spray on all surfaces, inside, then outside. I try not to get on the ground, because I inhabited it with beneficial bacteria and fungi.
If your plants are sick, you need to spray the ground, even water it. Pour the beds with the farmayod solution straight from the watering can, nothing bad will happen. On the contrary, iodine is believed to work well against plant viruses. There is no other way to defeat the virus, only to burn diseased plants, change the soil.
After processing with the same solution, wash the walls of the greenhouse with a simple rag on both sides to wash off the dirt, restore transparency to them (with rubber gloves). At first everything will have a characteristic yellow color, then the iodine will evaporate.
If you water live plants, such as strawberries, dilute this solution 10 times.
What does iodine do
Iodine kills all living microorganisms, good and bad, this must be taken into account. Don't worry, no matter how you destroy the useful biota in the greenhouse, it will reappear. Bacteria and fungi that do not like light and air will not be affected at all, they are deep.
The method with Pharmayod is very reliable and simple. If you processed your greenhouses in the fall, you need to repeat it in the spring, especially since General Moroz was resting this year.
In short, today, March 4, 2020, they disinfected the "borage" and the greenhouse, which is already urgently needed.
