Distance from home to fence. I did everything very close, and now I think, will they issue it or not?

If you look around, then everyone, through one, does not comply with the norms for the location of buildings on the site. But I don't like it. However, unwittingly, and I can become a violator.

For some reason, you start to think about some things when nothing can be corrected. So it is with my house under construction.

When I was still planning the construction, I spent a lot of time on theoretically arranging all future buildings on the site, and the house, and the bathhouse, and the gazebo... While only the box is at home, and there is already a small joint.

According to the norms, the distance from the house to the neighbor's fence should be at least 3 meters. But the main thing is to know how to measure this distance?From the foundation, from the wall, from the overhang of the roof, there are several options.

6.7 The minimum distances to the border of a neighboring site for sanitary conditions should be:

From a residential building (or house) - 3 m.

The distance between a residential building (or house), outbuildings and the border of a neighboring plot is measured from the basement or from the wall of the house, buildings (in the absence of a basement), if the elements of the house and buildings (bay window, porch, canopy, roof overhang, etc.) protrude no more than 50 cm from plane of the wall. If the elements protrude more than 50 cm, the distance is measured from the protruding parts or from their projection onto the ground (cantilever roof canopy, elements of the second floor located on poles, etc.).

And when erecting the formwork for the foundation, I took this into account.

Since the overhang of the roof in my house is less than 50 cm, and the basement does not stick out, the distance must be measured from the wall.

I don't know how I took everything into account, but what I did just played a bad role. No, to take not exactly 3 meters, but 3.5 with a margin ...

So at the moment, it turns out that from the wall to the fence 2, 9 m. But at the same time, there is no finishing. And if you insulate, make a facade, then the distance will decrease even more.

So the question arises: how critical will it be when decorating a house?

What is the way out?

1. It is reliable for measurement uncertainty.

Somewhere I subtracted that there is an error of 15-20 cm for geodetic measurements. And I fit into them.

2. They are good neighbors.

Recently appeared in a neighboring area. Very good people with whom I have a normal relationship. So if there is a need to get their permission, then I think there will be no problems.
