Building a septic tank against the rules. The reasons that force me to reinvent something again and act outside the box.
I begin to notice that at my construction site, more and more often I have to act outside the standards. Hopefully in the future, this will not lead to problems.
My construction path continues, and it's time to do something important for any home - this is the construction of a septic tank.
Having once again studied all the information on this issue, on the Internet, it seemed to me that everything is done quickly and easily. But when I began to "try on" everything specifically to my house and my site, I realized that difficulties were arising, because of which I would have to complicate the process.
Little space.
My plot has an area of 8 acres. And of course, many will say that this is enough. But the problem here is that I want to leave room for future buildings, and somehow observe all the rules for the distances between them.
But no matter how hard I tried to choose a place for the septic tank, according to all standards, I did not succeed.
According to the rules, he must be at least 5 meters from the house. But I will have to build it at a distance of 2 meters, for several reasons.
- Will not interfere.
- Convenient access of a sewage truck.
- There are no long sewer pipelines.
But here the next difficulty arises ...
High groundwater.
On my site, the primer starts at 0.5 meters. And this will complicate most of the work.
1. It is very problematic to bury the septic tank to a sufficient depth, and also equip everything so that it does not squeeze out later. So a purchased septic tank is definitely not my option.
2. But even if you bury the rings, there is a likelihood of soil creeping when digging a pit. And near the foundation it is very dangerous.
And to this is added another nuance ...
Working alone.
Of course, many will say that this is nonsense... But somehow I built a box at home with my own hands, and I also want to cope with the septic tank alone. Moreover, finance is also important.
And here's how to solve this problem?
Build a septic tank, next to the house, while doing everything safe for the foundation, with minimal cost and alone ...
And I think I found a way out.
Pouring reinforced concrete septic tank - here is the solution for my house.
- Most of the materials for construction are there (left over from the construction of the house), only cement is needed.
- There is a construction option with a safe excavation pit.
- Everything can be done alone, although you have to work hard.
Although I do not know, once again, what will come of it, but I decided to do it. So wait for more details in the following articles.
