A package with a surprise and ABA fertilizers

In the article I will explain why I chose these particular fertilizers. Not as the sellers explain, but from their garden bell tower. And I'll show you how interesting the gift was in the package. Well, oh-oh-very interesting :)

ABA fertilizers have been produced for 20 years

This year I tried them (except for AVAmin), and I'm happy with the result.

This is Hercules pepper, in a bag, with an ABA capsule, the second wave of the harvest, 14 fruits in total:

There was also vermicompost, not only ABA. It is important not to hope for one thing!

About manure

Immediately I foresee indignation, like, manure is better. I thought so too. And then I realized that it was no better for me. I am a supporter of organic farming, but not everything is so simple with organic matter in our time.

The composition of manure fluctuates, besides, it's a dark matter, how many years will it be assimilated, at what pace? Who lives in it?! Some beast are worth something! And if, excuse me, worms? Harmful nematodes? Remains of antibiotics used to treat animals or birds?

The composition of ABA fertilizers is known, the timing of its complete dissolution in the soil is also known. I counted: hay, compost (organic matter) and this package, less than 6 kg, will replace my manure machine.

About ABA fertilizer, why is it

So, ABA is remelted complex fertilizers, usually without nitrogen (I just bought one jar with nitrogen). They are absorbed GRADUALLY and COMPLETELY. This is their plus! Consumption - grams!

What does this mean to me? I put a little fertilizer right under the roots and I am sure that it will not burn the roots, but will “melt” in time and will slowly give back phosphorus, potassium and other elements. Organics will not hurt. The soil will continue to live its own life.

I liked how one person on the forum said about ABA fertilizer: "Nothing fabulous, I just chose it because it is convenient." I would add: and effective.

About biohumus

This year I used biohumus, noticed that it gives off nutrients very quickly, everything is raging, and then the plants begin to starve, although there is still a supply in organics, but this supply is almost unavailable until the next season. This is where the inorganic side by side is needed, accessible, and so that nothing more!

Why AVAmin and capsules

AVAmin is the same, only foamed fertilizer. It should slightly improve the structure of the planting soil. The manufacturer attributes a lot to him, but I write about what is obvious with a porous structure. The rest will be told by the plants to which I add AVAmin.

Capsules are easier to digest, they are designed for six months - what your favorite vegetables need. Capsules are obtained almost 2 times more expensive than the usual ABA fertilization rate. But how convenient it is to deposit! And they will slowly dissolve in the required period.

Why classic fertilizers didn't please me

• Part becomes ballast. Classic mineral fertilizers are partially transformed into indigestible for plants. Because they are bound by soil humic acids and not only. It turns out that a person does not know how much of the mineral fertilizers introduced by him will be absorbed by the plants, and how much will become harmful ballast.
• Ion competition. The struggle of ions is also a problem, some nutrient ions cannot get through to the plant, although they are dissolved and ready for use. Their competitors are not allowed. I, in particular, have something blocking calcium, as a result, every year top rot on some tomatoes.
• number. You need a lot of mineral fertilizers, even if carry it, at least carry it - this is a large volume and weight for me.

Modern Russian phosphate fertilizers have another drawback: the presence of heavy metals and nitrogen (a competitor to phosphorus).

ABA fertilization idea

The idea - to melt fertilizers - the producers borrowed from volcanoes. After all, it is known how everything grows remarkably on the cooled lava. But these are minerals, not black earth. So I liked the idea too. It's also good that chlorine-free.

AVA works from + 8 ° С, it gradually "melts" within a year, two or three, as indicated on the package. That is, useful substances become available evenly, gradually.

3-5 g per bush of strawberries (strawberries) for a year, two or three! Can you imagine? With an accurate hit on the target: the roots. This is a lazy person's dream.

While ABA slowly dissolves in one place, soil fertility works in the rest of the root zone.

This amount will not interfere with any soil life. The fertilizer is lying, but it seems to be not there.

Here I will add it, for example, under each clove of garlic in the fall, and I will sleep peacefully, which is phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and calcium, etc. I provided the garlic. It remains only to pour nitrogen with nitrogen in the spring.

A bit of math

A tomato bush, with a yield of 5 kg from a bush, will take out 5.5 g of phosphorus (in terms of phosphorus oxide) from the soil. Plus the green mass will take something out too. And we introduce into the root zone, for example, 4 g of ABA fertilizer in the root zone. This is about 2 g of phosphorus. Where will the bush get the rest?

In ordinary soil, there is a lot of phosphorus and potassium inaccessible to plants. They are made available by the action of the appropriate bacteria.

Now about the classic fertilizers. If we brought in, as expected, 10-15 g (tablespoon) of insoluble double superphosphate per 1 sq. m, then not all of it would have been assimilated, rather the same 2 g would have been assimilated. We cannot put a tablespoon of double superphosphate under the roots, it will burn them. That's the difference.

If we introduced a solution of potassium monophosphate, 20 g per 10 l, then the roots would be able to assimilate very little at once, and the rest would become rather quickly insoluble.

Based on this mathematics, I will still fertilize the plant leaf. these are also very small amounts of fertilizers, and they are absorbed by the leaf by 90%.

But the box is happiness for the grandson. Sow the seeds yourself (they are in a cone), water, see shoots for 3-4 days - the game for a novice gardener is interesting and useful.
